Job Description:

professional to join our executive leadership team as the Chief Operating Officer
(COO). This is a strategic role that will be instrumental in driving the firm’s

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the firm's operational functions, including finance, legal, compliance, human resources, and administrative operations
• Collaborate with the Managing Partners and senior leadership team to develop and implement the firm's strategic initiatives, business plans, and operational policies
• Drive operational efficiency and effectiveness by identifying areas for improvement, implementing best practices, and optimizing internal processes and systems
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure operational performance, identify trends, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, working closely with legal counsel and regulatory authorities
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes, including financial analysis, forecasting, and financial risk management
• Manage relationships with external service providers, including fund administrators, auditors, and vendors, to ensure high-quality and costeffective services
• Lead and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in private equity operations, recommending innovative solutions to enhance operational capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• 5 years of experience in senior leadership roles in private equity, asset management, or financial services industry, with a focus on operations and/or finance
• Proven track record in driving operational excellence, optimizing processes, and implementing operational strategies to support business growth
• Strong understanding of private equity operations, investment lifecycle, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, foster a culture of collaboration, and drive performance
• Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for identifying opportunities and mitigating risks
• Strong financial acumen and experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
