Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including advanced financial
  modeling, due diligence, and valuation of potential investment opportunities.
• Actively participate in deal sourcing efforts, leveraging industry knowledge and
  networks to identify promising target companies.
• Support the execution of investment transactions, including preparing
  investment memos, conducting in-depth market research, and coordinating
  due diligence processes.
• Assist in portfolio management activities, monitoring investments, evaluating
  performance, and identifying opportunities for value creation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal counsel, operations,
  and investor relations, to ensure seamless execution of investment strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory
  developments impacting the private equity landscape.
• Contribute to the preparation of investor presentations, reports, and
  communications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Two years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or a related
  field.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with a deep understanding of
  valuation techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the capability to
  effectively present complex information.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, Bloomberg,
  PowerPoint).
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for the Market Development Associate position at Filion Capital ranges,
