Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 5 years of experience in private equity fundraising, investor relations, or a
  related field.
• Proven track record of successfully raising capital from institutional investors,
  family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and
  maintain strong relationships with investors.
• Strong understanding of private equity investment strategies, fund structures,
  and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to articulate complex investment concepts and strategies to a diverse
  range of investors.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
  and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office suite.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and
  collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for the Private Equity Fundraising and Investor Relations Professional
position at Filion Capital ranges from $100,000 to $300,000 per year, depending on
experience and qualifications. Additionally, performance-based bonuses are
provided based on individual and firm performance. We offer a comprehensive
