Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
• 2 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or a related field
  (internship experience considered)
• Solid understanding of valuation techniques, financial statements, and
  investment analysis
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present
  findings and recommendations effectively

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for the Private Equity Analyst position at Filion Capital ranges from
$70,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Additionally, performance-based bonuses are provided based on individual and firm
